PBA 2015 News: San Miguel Beer flattened Meralco Bolts, 101-85, this Wednesday in the PBA Philippine Cup 2015 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Alex Cabagnot led the Beermen with 18 markers, while Arwind Santos chipped-in 16 points.

San Miguel is in a romp as they won two in a row and tied Rain or Shine and NLEX in PBA standings to lead with a 2-0 win-loss slate.
Cabagnot made 16 of his total 18 points all in the crucial fourth quarter. Santos made an impressive showing with a 16 point total, but was posterized in the third quarter by rookie Chris Newsome in a highlight slam dunk.
Supposed to be injured June Mar Fajardo added 14 baskets and 12 rebounds for the victorious Beermen.
Jimmy Alapag debuted for the Bolts and finished silently with 6 markers, while Cliff Hodge and newbie Newsome led Meralco with 14 points apiece.
