PBA Three Point Shootout Record History

In the 1992 PBA All-Star festivities, Allan Caidic aka "The Triggerman" became the first winner and champion of the PBA All-Star Three Point Shootout.
Mark Macapagal holds the most PBA Three Point Shootout Champion trophies with historic trey victories in years 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2014. James Yap, Jimmy Alapag, Terrence Romeo, Boyet Fernandez, Jasper Ocampo, and Ric-Ric Marata all won the three-point contest twice.
No All-Star game was held in 2002 which consequently scuttled the Three Point Shootout event. In 2004, the format was changed for a three point shootout exhibition between retired PBA legendary shooters, versus the current PBA cream of the crop snipers. The old guard reigned supreme as Allan Caidic, Al Solis, Boy Cabahug and Rhoel Gomez bested the quartet of Mark Caguioa, Ronald Tubid, Renren Ritualo and Mike Cortez in the Legends Challenge Three Point competition.
