Men’s Basketball at the Cebu Coliseum. Ian Tagapan flooded the scoreboard with team-high 13 Points, while Shooster Olago and Charles Pepito drizzled with 12 markers. USC is dominating the 15th CESAFI as it handily won 8 in 9 ballgames.
