UAAP: National University Bulldogs crushed Adamson University Soaring Falcons, 75-54, in the Season 78 UAAP Men’s Basketball this Sunday at the SM MOA Arena Pasay City. Reinforcement Alfred Aroga worked his way with 16 markers, 8 boards, and 4 dishes. Veteran Gelo Alolino meanwhile hauled 10 points, and 6 rebounds.

Ang import na si Alfred Aroga ay umiskor ng 16 puntos, 8 rebounds, at 4 assists. Maging ang beterano na si Gelo Alolino ay nagbigay ng 10 puntos, at 6 rebounds.
Led by last year’s Finals MVP Alfred Aroga, NU built a double digit cushion in the third canto and never looked back to pull-out a deserved victory opposite hapless Adamson.
NU made 47% fieldgoal clip although they only shot 3 of 12 from the threepoint territory. The Bulldogs also made 18 turnovers against Adamson’s 19. The Falcon’s meanwhile shot 32% from the clip and was 4 of 22 from beyond the arc.
Adamson did not have mentor coach Mike Fermin who was served a suspension from the UAAP.
The Eric Altamirano coached NU will next battle the UP Fighting Maroons.
Ivan Villanueva flew high for Adamson with 11 markers, but was not enough as reinforcement Pape Sarr was limited to only 9 points and 7 caroms.
The Soaring Falcons are now 0 of 5 in the UAAP 78 standings. They are set to face a raging FEU Tamaraws this Sunday.
